I have recently had a composite door and double glazed window fitted by Oakwell. From the initial contact to the completion of the work I was very impressed by the efficient organisation and excellent workmanship. Fitting was not straightforward owing to problems with the existing double glazing. This entailed unforeseen work but was dealt with for no extra charge. Everything was carefully finished and cleared away . I am delighted with my new door and window and have no hesitation in recommending Oakwell as a company that carries out its promises.

Having contacted a number of Home Improvement companies I chose Oakwell because 1) I was impressed by the ammount of information, friendly manner and cost of the job given by Mr Young following my request for an estimate/information. 2) The fitter proved to be a very professional worker who worked hard at fitting my order. He was friendly, happy to answer questions and was at pains to discuss various fitting difficulties he encountered. 3) Mr Young visited when the fitting was near completion. He was happy to discuss the job and some further queries I had. Both the fitter and Mr Young ensured that the fitting was completed to my satisfaction, and they tidied up before leaving. I am very happy with all aspects of the work Oakwell carried out, and feel very able to recommend them to future customers.
